Hey there, I’m Arin. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years of experience helping clients work through anxiety, depression and life transitions. Whether related to work, school, career change, family, etc., I work with clients to identify goals and to be mindful of hiccups along the way.
To this end, I tailor each session to specifically address who I’m with, where they are with their unique challenges, and where they are in their life. I work with my clients as an equal partner to create a plan that ensures their ability to overcome challenges and achieve the goals they desire.
Then, with this framework setting the stage, I provide an environment of understanding and compassion to allow each client to feel safe and supported as they work to set boundaries and meet their goals.
